The Montage in Laguna Beach offers stunning ocean views and luxurious accommodations that are hard to beat. My room was spacious with a beautiful balcony where I could enjoy the sunsets. While most staff were friendly and attentive, my overall experience with service at the pool and beach area was underwhelming, particularly considering the hotel's reputation and price point. The dining options were delightful, especially room service, but the amenities could use better organization. Overall, I appreciated the beautiful design and location, but I expected more for the price paid.
